El área de Integrated Marketing Services actua como una extensión del area de comunicación y marketing en los mercados, tocando actividades como informe de las marcas y sobre sus consumidores en las redes y tambien parte de atención al consumidor en el ambiente digital.

Este rol trabaja con herramientas de social media trabajando con la atención en los canales digitales de las marcas Nestlé, desarrolla reportes de insights y perfil de consultas y consumidores, a parte de tener contante comunicación con el equipo de marketing y sus estrategias y direcciones.
