Turno Disponible: Lunes a Viernes de 08.00 a 18.00 hs.

**Resumen de posición**

Nestlé Business Services es un lugar dinámico y desafiante para trabajar.

Como Asesor de Contact Center serás responsable de interactuar con los clientes a través de varios canales, incluyendo teléfono, chat y correo electrónico, para recibir y procesar pedidos de manera precisa.

Las responsabilidades incluyen generar informes de pedidos, gestionar rutas de entrega, coordinar con los equipos de ventas y suministro, resolver consultas de los clientes y mantener actualizada la información de los clientes, todo mientras se ofrece un servicio excepcional.

**Un día en la vida de...**

Llamar proactivamente a los clientes para tomar pedidos, asegurando la captura precisa de los detalles del pedido y las preferencias del cliente.

Registrar los pedidos en el sistema de manera rápida y precisa, manteniendo registros actualizados para el procesamiento y cumplimiento.

Crear y gestionar rutas de entrega para los clientes, coordinando con los equipos de ventas y suministro para alinear los pedidos y sus entregas de manera efectiva.

Abordar y resolver las consultas de los clientes respecto a sus pedidos, proporcionando información oportuna y precisa, y actualizar y mantener la información del cliente en el sistema.

Participar activamente en capacitaciones y otras oportunidades de aprendizaje para ampliar el conocimiento de los procesos en todos los mercados en alcance.

Asegurar un servicio de calidad y satisfacción del consumidor de acuerdo con sus necesidades y en todos los canales de servicio (chat, correo electrónico, redes sociales, teléfono).

**¿Qué te hará exitoso?**

Estudiante universitario de carreras tales como Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial, Comercio Internacional o afines.

Experiencia en procesos de Contact Center, utilizando herramientas y tecnología de procesos afines al área.

Experiencia laboral habiendo realizado tareas tales como atención al cliente, servicio técnico, televentas y/o afines.

Experiencia en la gestión de interacciones con clientes a través de múltiples canales (teléfono, correo electrónico, chat).

Conocimiento de herramientas de comunicación como Microsoft Teams, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect y CRM (Deseable)

Nivel intermedio de inglés (Deseable)

Nivel intermedio de Excel (Deseable)

Fuertes habilidades de comunicación con la capacidad de transmitir información de manera efectiva.

Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en el idioma local.
